Where do I redeem my rewards?

Rewards can be redeemed in store and online.

How to Redeem rewards online:

  • Log into the Rewards section via the purple button on the bottom right of www.kristenskickass.co.za
  • Click “Rewards”
  • Click “Ways to Redeem”
  • Select how much you would like to take off of your purchase and select “Apply Code”. (This amount will automatically be deducted from your cart total) once you redeem a reward, it will appear under 'Your Rewards'
  • Close the Rewards section and head to the products section to shop for your dream ice cream

It's worth noting that only one reward is allowed per online order.

Please note that these online reward codes are only valid for online purchases and cannot be used in store.

How to redeem rewards in store:

When making a purchase in store, simply let your cashier know that you are a rewards member

The cashier will then enter and confirm your email address and ask you if you would like to redeem or keep earning rewards - this is up to you! Your points never expire and are valid at any of our locations.

How to Earn Points?

Once you are registered as a rewards member, you can earn points simply by shopping online and in store. 

For every R1 you spend in store or online you will receive 5 points. 

For every 100 points you accumulate , you bank R1 in rewards. 

Just for having a birthday, we reward you with 3500 points which is = to a FREE scoop.

How do I add my Birthdate?

  • Go to our website www.kristenskickass.co.za
  • Click “rewards” in the bottom left corner. 
  • Log in - Click “ways to redeem” and enter your birthdate. 

*Please note that in order to eliminate fraud, the app needs your birthday info at least 30 days prior to your birthday in order to give you your birthday points.

*Rewards do not apply to Uber Eats and Mr D purchases.
